Our venue accommodates up to 300 guests.
In case of inclement weather, our beautiful 4000 square foot tent provides the space that is needed to hold your ceremony and reception. We have an established plan that creates a seamless transition between ceremony and reception should the need arise.
We do not require that you use specific vendors. We provide a list of vendors, such as caterers, florists, photographers, and DJ’s for your convenience.
Yes, you may cater your own event.
We allow beer and wine at our facilities. We do not allow liquor. You will be required to get an ABC (Virginia Alcohol and Beverage Control) license for the event. We will provide the details on how to obtain this license during your tour.
Yes, we have a spacious “bridal suite” that gives the bride and her bridesmaids plenty of room to get ready and relax before the “big moment” arrives. We also have a separate “groom’s quarters” for the groom and his groomsmen.
We have separate indoor bathrooms for both women and men. Bathrooms are roomy and handicap (ADA) accessible.
We can accommodate up to 300 guests, therefore we provide tables and chairs for up to 300.
We have multiple areas on the property to choose from. We have a beautiful area next to the pond with amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, a Rustic Barn, a cozy fire pit area and a beautiful 4000 square foot tent.
The beautiful 4000' square foot tent is complete with string lights, ceiling fans, a bar area, a dance floor and a sound system. The barn has string lights and a beautiful chandelier. We have a selection of items left behind from previous weddings that you are welcome to use. You are also welcome to add your own decor and personal touches.
Absolutely! Included in your venue rental, is a 2 hour timeframe that you can use for engagement photos or bridal portraits. This time will be scheduled with your Venue Event Manager.

Included with your venue rental: tables and chairs for up to 300 guests, tables for gifts, registry, DJ, food and beverages. We include a bar and bartender (s), use of a caterer’s kitchen, on-site attendants, set-up and clean up, indoor bathroom facilities with handicap accessibility (ADA), and many, many more services and amenities which we will discuss during our initial meeting when you tour Wisteria Ridge.
Our staff will set up all items provided by Wisteria Ridge. Set up of rental items from outside vendors or client-provided equipment is the responsibility of the client.
On the date of the event, venue access is from 9:00am until 11:00pm. There is also additional time available on the day prior to the event for your wedding rehearsal.
Yes, we have ample space for parking!
Our availability changes frequently, but we will do our best to help you find a suitable date.
We would love to schedule a time to meet you and show you our facilities. The sooner you book the better! To secure your date, we require a 50% deposit and signed contract. We cannot wait to meet you and help you create your perfect day!
